For every match, PlanPost's AI writes a personalised letter in the builder's own branding, then prints and posts it to the homeowner, reaching them exactly when they are planning building work. A built-in pipeline tracks leads from sent to won, with QR-code response tracking and automated follow-up letters on higher tiers. Plans start at £39 per month with no long-term contract.
