Marty connects to a restaurant group's existing POS, labor, and inventory systems and runs an automated overnight sweep to detect cash leaks — overstaffing, excess voids, food cost drift, and deposit gaps. When something breaks, Marty texts the GM on duty with a specific fix, verifies the fix was made, and delivers a summary to the owner every morning at 6 AM.
