What is AC Health?

AC Health is unique due to the high level of customization that a provider can have when creating exercise programs for clients - all while retaining simplicity. A provider can personally demonstrate exercises by creating custom user-generated videos, images, audio, or text. Or, by pulling in YouTube videos or from a third party exercise library to create the perfect program for your client. Providers can track when a client completes their exercises, they can set goals, and they can reward their clients by having them earn points and get incentives whenever they complete their exercises. There is also an internal messaging platform plus the ability to set exercise reminders. The platform is also HIPAA-compliant, which makes it suitable for the medical/healthcare space.
