What is Briefdeo?

Briefdeo is a document automation system built around the interview-based video production workflow. It covers three stages of a project. At intake, a consultant fills out a form or connects a bot to a Zoom or Google Meet call. The bot transcribes the conversation and generates a commercial proposal, internal budget, and NDA. At kickoff, the same input produces a project timeline, client confirmation email, personalized prep guide for each interviewee, logistics checklist, and a shoot day checklist with interview questions and B-roll plan. At the edit stage, the editor uploads interview transcripts. The system reads them against the original brief and proposes two or three narrative structures based on the recorded content. Once a structure is selected, it generates an edit roadmap with fragment selections, timecodes, and B-roll assignments. The tool is designed for video production companies that run multiple projects simultaneously and spend significant time on manual documentation between phases.
